JASON CAVIGNAC
Jason became an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor in 2014, and immediately represented his first client in the 2015 NFL Draft, quickly learning on the job. He founded CSG in the summer of 2015, and since that time has represented and advised players in all aspects of the rookie experience, including postseason all-star games, combine and pro day training, team visits and interviews, the draft and contract negotiation, minicamps, training camp, practice squads, and, unfortunately, bouncing back from being released and being prepared for the next opportunity.

TATE MARTIN
Tate has worked with CSG since the agency started. He became an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor in 2017, and now assists in representing the agency's NFL clients and free agents. Tate's experience as a college football player and training as a lawyer gives him a unique skill set that benefits our players. He has a keen eye for talent, but has also fully embraced modern analytics, giving our players an edge in planning and negotiations.

MATTHEW VASQUEZ
Matt became an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor in 2017. Stationed in Chicago, Matt is focused on representing athletes in the Midwest. Matt received his Masters of Sports Administration from Northwestern University in 2016 and his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2018.

Congratulations, you just finished your college career. Enjoy that feeling, for a minute. Know that from the moment you exhaust your eligibility and step off the collegiate field for the last time, you are now a professional. Your actions, on and off the field, will be analyzed and scrutinized by team owners, GMs, coaches, scouts, the media, and even unpaid interns. We help our guys consistently put their best foot forward.
The NFL Draft
Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance
Everyone has an opinion during draft season, from your next door neighbor to the draft gurus on TV. There's a lot of misinformation and bad advice, too. The teams spend a lot of time and effort to get the info they need, and we make sure to help them learn as much as possible about our guys. We stay in contact with teams throughout the pre-draft process, with the goal of helping our guys land in the right spot.

Time to Get Paid
It takes a lot of work get to the point of signing with an NFL team. It's a time for celebration. Our job is to make sure our players get the best deal they can and are properly rewarded for their hard work. There's still room for creativity in contract negotiations, and we aggressively pursue our clients' best interests and do our best to make sure our clients get the best deal possible.
Media & Public Relations
How to Handle the Glare
Part of transitioning to the NFL is getting ready to deal with the media and fans. Some guys are used to it, but if not we make sure our guys are ready. We provide media and interview training, public speaking coaching, social media support, and fan interaction training, so our guys are ready when they're in the spotlight.
Appearances & Endorsements
Work Off-the-Field
Besides working hard to make sure our players have the tools necessary to succeed on the field, we work with our players to make sure they take advantage of opportunities off the field. Besides handling appearances and endorsements, we encourage our players to host charitable events and give back to their communities.
Support Services
Focus on Football, We Handle the Rest
Rookie mini-camp, OTAs, training camp, pre-season... once the draft is over, things really take off. We make sure our guys make a smooth transition to the league. Players end up in a new city, with new teammates, spending their free time learning a new system. We handle the off-the-field logistics, so our guys can focus on football.
